We ship worldwide!
- U.S. orders $50 and over ship free. FREE shipping is calculated on the final tally (after any discounts and coupon codes).
- Generally, orders placed before 2 pm Pacific time will be shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be shipped within 24 hours of the next business day.
- If there are any unusual delays, we will contact you.
- PLEASE double-check your mailing address. If orders are returned due to insufficient or wrong address (Apt#, etc), then a re-ship fee will need to be paid.

Refund Policy
Because you are purchasing a custom pattern-printing order, there are no returns/refunds. Therefore, please double-check your file upload and order before payment at checkout.
In the event we messed up somehow, we'll make it right. Guaranteed!
Items stolen from destination or lost in-transit by the USPS are not refundable. Please contact the USPS about what can be done to find your package, a tracking number is provided at time of shipment. Unfortunately, we have no control of orders once they have shipped.
